I am intrested in the pre-sale of the North Park location. I would like to know what is going to be offered and the price for family and ind. membership. is the pay on the day the joining fee?

Yes, you can “pay the day” on your joining fee during September and join the North Park YMCA now – a great savings!
You can choose to delay your monthly payments until the facility opens in December or begin working out now at the Clark Nowlin YMCA and get a jump on your wellness plan before the new facility opens.
You’ll find some of the rates listed at the link below. If you need information on Senior adult or young adult rates, you can call the YMCA at 817-581-9280

Do the rates on the pdf include child care or is there a separate fee for that? Also, what is the difference in the plus plan versus the value plan?

The Child Watch service is provided free of charge for Family members while they are using the facility.
In the two plans, the Plus membership includes access to all YMCAs in the metroplex, including access to the Amon G. Carter, Jr. Downtown YMCA or the Downtown Dallas YMCA. This is convenient for those who work in or near a downtown business district and would like to get their workout in during lunch.
The Value Plan offers access to all other YMCAs in the metroplex except Downtown Fort Worth & Downtown Dallas.
